We are delighted to announce the 15th National Level Competition 2026–27, proudly organized by Rainbow Art Centre.

For the past 14 years, we have successfully conducted this prestigious competition with the mission of promoting and nurturing a sincere art culture across India. As a Government-recognized organization dedicated to encouraging children in the field of art, we strive to discover and develop their creative potential while providing them with a meaningful platform to showcase their talent.

This year, we are excited to introduce a Premium Edition of the competition, designed to offer even greater value and enhanced opportunities for participating students.

In previous years, our mission was to give opportunity to lower middle class poor children and therefore we had kept a nominal entry fees and from that fund we encouraged budding artists by awarding medals while keeping, driven by our commitment to support young talent. From this year onward we have upgraded our competition, the competition has been significantly elevated. In addition to medals, we have introduced several valuable prizes and surprise gifts for winners. Furthermore, the cash awards for art teachers and principals have been increased to recognize and appreciate their vital role in nurturing artistic excellence.

We assure you that the event will be conducted with the highest standards of quality and integrity. We sincerely look forward to building a long-lasting and cordial association with your esteemed institution.

Guidelines for Conducting the Competition

(you will get video on our website explaining you everything in detail)

Announcement: The teacher may announce/explain about the competition details and guidelines to the students (can announce in assembly/ in the class room/ through the class WhatsApp group)

2. Eligibility: The competition is open for all the institutions, but each institution has to send minimum 40 entries. Parcel containing less than 40 entries will not be accepted.

3. Medium for Colouring / Handwriting: For colouring, participants can use ANY MEDIUM such as crayons, oil pastels, pencil colours, acrylic colours, water colours, sketch pens, etc.
For handwriting, the participants can use any medium such as pen, pencil, glitter pen, sketch pen, etc.

Collection of Entry Fees: Collect Rs. 60 per competition from each interested participant.
Expense money deduction: The art teacher has to deduct Rs. 10 per entry to cover expenses such as Xerox copying, parcel packing and courier/postal charges.
Distribution of Materials: The Art Teacher/In-charge should distribute Xerox copies of the competition papers to students according to their respective categories or groups.
Conducting the Competition: The competition should be organized and conducted within the school premises under proper supervision.
Registration Form Submission: Fill the Registration Form (front and back both the sides) and sent it along with the students’ competition papers.
Participant Details for Certificates: To ensure accurate printed certificates, please send us an Excel sheet containing the list of participants in the following format: Sr. No., Participant’s Name, Std./Class, Event (Colouring/Handwriting) through email rainbowartgujarat@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on 9925106694 / 9408873024, If you are not able to type the list than send us the handwritten list in ENGLISH language. If you want to type the names in your mobile, then please call us, in that case we will send you the link of Google Form.
Payment of Fees: The remaining Rs.50 per entry should be sent to us either through GPay or PhonePe (9925106694) or Demand Draft (D.D.) in favor of "Krishna Hetu Andharia" payable at Bhavnagar (Gujarat) or via Online transfer to our account. The bank details are as follows:

Proof of Payment:

If payment is done via GPay/PhonePe/bank transfer send the Screen Shot through WhatsApp
If payment is done through Demand Draft, then include the D.D. in the parcel along with the competition papers and entry forms.

Dispatch of Entries: Send the complete parcel containing the Competition Papers, Registration Form, list of participants to us by Courier or Post. If you are sending Excel File file through email or WhatsApp, than no need of sending the printed copy list to us.
Media Sharing: During the competition, if possible capture high-quality photographs and videos of participants and their artwork. And may share it to us via Email, WhatsApp, or Instagram for publication on the official website and social media platforms.

14. Dates for sending the entries:
You can send the entries between 15th August to 15th October

15. Date on which we will send the Result: We send it to the respective school/institution from 30th Oct to 30th Nov by Registered Post Parcel.

16. After you receive the Result: A humble request to click the winners' group photograph and send it to us through Email or WhatsApp for publishing it on our website as well as we may also print it in our next year's brochure.

17. We appreciate your cooperation in conducting the competition smoothly and successfully.
