1. We
have prepared YouTube videos explaining you about the competition and
guidelines to conduct the competition in your school. You may get these videos
on our website.
- Announcement: The
teacher may announce the competition details and guidelines to the
students (can announce in assembly/ in the class room/ through the class
WhatsApp group)
3. Each child can
participate in any one or both the competitions by paying the separate fees for
each competition.
4. Eligibility: The competition
is open for all the institutions, but each institution has to send minimum 40 entries. Parcel
containing less than 40 entries will not be accepted
5. Entry
Fees: Art
teacher has to collect Rs. 40 per entry from the students.
6. Art teacher
should deduct Rs. 10 towards the expenditure of xerox copies, packing and courier/postal
charges, and should send Rs. 30 per entry to us.
7.
The
drawings for colouring and page for writing are enclosed, art teacher may get
them xerox-copied according to the number of participants in each group and thereafter distribute it to the
participants.

Conducting the Competition: The competition
should be organized and conducted within the school premises

Age Groups for Handwriting
and Colouring are as under:
Group A: Nursery to U.K.G. Group B: Standard 1st and 2nd Group C: Standard 3rd to 5th
Group D:
Standard 6th to 8th
Group E: Standard 9th to 12th

entry fees should either be sent by Google Pay / Paytm

11. How
to send the Entries: Prepare a parcel containing the entries,
registration form and list of participants, pack the parcel nicely and send it
to us through Courier or Speed Post or Registered Post
Parcel to our address.
12. Each
parcel should contain the
following things:
(1) Registration form duly filled up
(2) List of participants with the following
details: Sr. No., Participant's Name, Std, Event (Colouring/Handwriting)
(3) Demand Draft OR receipt
of Money Order (if online payment then no need, just send screen shot)
(4) All entries (competition papers) of
Handwriting and Colouring
13. If
you want the certificates with the student’s name and school name printed on it, then please Type
the list in Excel in the above format and send that Excel file
through Email or WhatsApp.

14. Medium
for Colouring / Handwriting:
For colouring,
participants can use any medium such as crayons, oil pastels, pencil colours,
acrylic colours, water colours, sketch pens, etc.
For handwriting, the participants can use any
medium such as pen, pencil, glitter pen, sketch pen, etc.
15. Dates
for sending the entries:
you
can send the entries between 15th August to 15th
October
16. Date
of Sending the Result:
We send it to the respective school/institution from 16th Oct to 30th Nov by Registered Post Parcel.
17. After
you receive the result:
A humble request to click the winners' group photograph and send it
to us through Email or WhatsApp for publishing it on our website as well
as we may also print it in our next year's brochure.
